Join our Technology teams and discover how you can be part of this evolution. ### **Role Challenges** * Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions that enhance user experience and optimize processes. * Implement end-to-end solutions for automation and analytics projects using **Node.js, Python, and SQL**. * Ensure **scalability, maintainability, and performance** of backend applications. * Efficiently integrate and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and availability. * Collaborate on advanced analytics and automation projects with a focus on artificial intelligence. * Adhere to best practices in development, code documentation, and version control. * Work collaboratively with Product Owners and other developers to achieve business objectives. ### **Required Skills (Mandatory)** * **Python Software Development (P2 – Intermediate)** – backend solution and script development. * **Database Architecture (P2 – Intermediate)** – design and management of database architectures. * **Solid knowledge of Node.js and SQL** for backend service implementation. * **Best practices in scalability and performance** in production environments. ### **Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)** * **Machine Learning (P2 – Intermediate)** – application of predictive models in analytics projects. * **Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning (P2 – Intermediate)** – fine-tuning language models for specific use cases. * **Foundation Models (P2 – Intermediate)** – leveraging foundation models for AI solutions. * **AI Agents (P2 – Intermediate)** – developing intelligent agents for advanced automation. * Experience integrating AI solutions with existing backend systems.
