Participation in due diligence and compliance processes. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09h to 18h **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Other We are seeking an Operations Analyst based in Buenos Aires – Argentina, who will perform the following duties: * Issue and send invoices; * Organize processed document files within the department; * Perform entries in the banking system; * Monitor the payment calendar, ensuring full compliance with the accounts payable workflow; * Maintain control spreadsheets; * Interact with internal and external customers; * Directly support all routine accounts receivable activities; * Track reimbursement requests and travel expenses; * Organize and prepare debit notes; * Regularly review maturity reports and follow up on collections. * Manage and organize contracts and documentation; * Support due diligence processes and compliance routines; * Register and update information in digital systems; * Monitor deadlines, certificates, and electronic signatures. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements: Knowledge: * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of enterprise management systems; * Knowledge and experience in accounts receivable.
