We operate in 18 countries worldwide and have over 35 years of market presence. We are currently seeking a **Monitoring Operator** to join our **Operations** department. **✅** What will your responsibilities be? * Verify all incidents received at the monitoring center. * Conduct two-way communications, accessing programming to prevent issues and confirm that information has been correctly registered. * Access alarm programming to deactivate zones and/or signals in order to resolve repetitive alarms and/or deactivate specified zones. * Receive incoming customer calls regarding alarm triggers. **✅** What are we looking for? * Completed secondary education (with official transcript). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in alarm monitoring and/or customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Two shifts available: Morning shift (6 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and Afternoon shift (3 p.m. to 12 a.m.). * On-site work schedule: Week 1 (9 hours daily) – 6 working days + 3 consecutive days off. Week 2 (9 hours daily) – 6 working days + 2 consecutive days off. Week 3 (8 hours daily) – 6 working days + 2 consecutive days off.
