Let’s see if you have the skills we’re looking for! :)** For V-Valley, a Value-Added Distributor of complex IT products, services, and solutions, part of the Esprinet Group, we are seeking an INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST to join the Microsoft Business Unit and manage customer relationships with a customer-centric approach. Specifically, the role will involve: * Developing new business opportunities in the field of complex technology; * Collaborating with business developers and vendors to prepare customized offers based on customer needs; * Conducting telephone contact with customers and following up on submitted offers; * Providing support to customers and the internal commercial structure during pre- and post-sales phases to resolve any doubts or issues; * Working towards targets such as revenue, margin, deadlines, and expansion of the customer base.
