We are looking for a **NOC Analyst** to join our company. The right candidate must be technically talented, hands\-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast\-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you! **What you will be doing** * Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary. * Detect and respond to incidents, outages, latency issues, and performance deviations. * Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations. * Perform preventative maintenance using pre\-established best practice checklists. * Monitor system operation in terms of postings. **Requirements:** * Data Analytics (Databases, SQL) * Experience in technology * Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical issues * Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with technical and non\-technical teams * Proficiency in English * **This position requires availability to work from 2 pm to 11 pm ART on a 5\-day work week with rotating days off.
