We’re looking for a Events Specialist LATAM to help us identify, plan, and execute high\-impact event participation across LATAM. **️ About the Role** We are looking for an experienced events professional to plan, execute, and manage high\-quality events that elevate customer experience and strengthen brand presence. This role will be responsible for both **virtual and in\-person events**, ranging from small customer gatherings to large\-scale productions, including webinars and award events. ️ **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and execute **customer\-facing events** (small, medium, and large scale) * Manage **end\-to\-end event logistics**, including timelines, vendors, budgets, and on\-site execution * Produce and coordinate **webinars and virtual events** * Lead the organization and execution of **award events** * Manage **merchandising**, including sourcing, inventory, distribution, and brand alignment * Ensure an exceptional **customer experience** before, during, and after each event * Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve experience and results ️ **Requirements** * **2\+ years of experience** in the events industry * **Fluent in Spanish and English** (written and spoken) * Availability and willingness to **travel** * Proven experience organizing **customer events** of varying sizes * Experience with **webinars and virtual event platforms** * Strong understanding of **customer experience and attendee journey** * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills Join us!
