DESCRIPTION Rosario – On-site mode For a major real estate developer in Rosario, we are seeking a **Construction Director** with strong orientation toward planning, comprehensive management, and continuous improvement of construction processes. The position will play a key role in ensuring development execution in terms of **schedule, quality, and project compliance**, working collaboratively with contractors, coordinators, and the design office. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive technical study and understanding of the project. * Development of the **general construction plan** together with the main contractor. * Preparation of phased plans with contractors. * Monitoring and control of deadlines, schedules, and deviations. * Preparation of status reports for the developer and Technical Office (OT). * Preparation of quarterly progress reports. * Control of construction quality standards. * Approval of monthly construction certifications. * Evaluation and management of suppliers (including non-conventional ones). * Resolution of unforeseen issues in coordination with the Technical Office. * Management of municipal inspections. * Identification of opportunities for process improvement. * Application of **Lean Construction / LPS methodology** in construction management.
