What will be your responsibilities? * Salesforce configuration and customization (objects, fields, automations, reports). * User, role, profile, and permission management. * Data maintenance and data quality (data loads, cleansing, duplicate prevention). * Performance monitoring and incident resolution. * User support and process documentation. * Identification of improvements and automation opportunities.
