




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Route Planner to optimize distribution routes, coordinate deliveries, and manage logistics systems within a high-volume operational company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and optimize distribution routes to maximize efficiency. 2. Coordinate delivery shifts and synchronize product availability. 3. Monitor management indicators and prepare reports for management. Zielteck S.A. is currently looking for a Logistics Route Planner to join the Logistics Department of a major company with high operational volume. Responsibilities Plan and optimize distribution routes, maximizing travel distance and loading capacity of both owned and third-party vehicles. Prepare route sheets considering time windows, assigned shifts, and administrative cutoffs. Coordinate delivery shifts with involved departments to ensure service compliance. Synchronize product availability (loading waves) with the Warehouse department in a timely and accurate manner. Generate, print, and distribute necessary documentation for vehicle dispatch (delivery notes, route sheets, invoices). Monitor and analyze logistics management indicators (cost per km, fleet utilization, on-time deliveries). Prepare and submit order status reports to Management and sales channels. Operate logistics management systems (WMS / TMS) and ensure adherence to defined processes. Participate in implementing operational improvements and new technologies within the department. Maintain smooth communication with various departments to ensure proper operational flow. Collaborate in receiving and dispatching tasks when operational needs require. Comply with internal regulations, departmental procedures, and Safety and Hygiene guidelines. Requirements Completed secondary education. (Mandatory) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within the logistics area. (Mandatory) Knowledge of routing, vehicle types, and loading capacity. (Mandatory) Proficiency in Excel, report generation, and management indicators. (Mandatory) Experience with routing systems (TMS); WMS knowledge is desirable. Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. Autonomy, ability to make decisions under pressure, and customer orientation. Assertive communication, commitment, and confidentiality of information. · Preferred Qualifications Logistics-related education. 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of geolocation, satellite tracking, and urban traffic regulations. · Employment Conditions Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00. Work modality: On-site.
