ABILITY TO MANAGE CORPORATE BANK ACCOUNTS AND E-BANKING, INCLUDING PAYMENTS, COLLECTIONS, SALARIES, INVESTMENTS, ETC. ABILITY TO USE ARIBA/SAP FOR MANAGING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS, INVOICE PROCESSING, TRACKING, AND PAYMENT FOLLOW-UP. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. **Key Responsibilities** Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and communications. Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and spreadsheets. Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
