Lead cost-saving initiatives and process optimization Position: Technical Coordinator CD Location: Santo Tomé, Santa Fe Contract: Full-time, indefinite term Schedule: Central working hours **Purpose of the Position** Ensure operational continuity and maintenance efficiency of Distribution Center assets (mobile equipment and building facilities), guaranteeing proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Additionally, lead resource management, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives while complying with quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards to maximize company asset performance and availability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure equipment, vehicle, and facility availability and proper operation through preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Coordinate maintenance resources and tasks across the DC, satellite sites, and Pet Care Center. * Plan and monitor weekly maintenance activities. * Manage area KPIs, analyze deviations, and define continuous improvement plans. * Supervise and develop in-house and outsourced teams, including technical training and performance evaluation. * Lead cost-saving initiatives and maintenance and distribution process optimization. * Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Quality, Procurement, HR, SHE) and external vendors. * Manage the maintenance budget, control expenses, and ensure budget compliance. * Participate in incident investigations and promote improvements in safety, hygiene, and environmental practices. * Support implementation of projects, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and commissioning of new equipment. * Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles within the industry. **Languages:** Intermediate English (preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** * Maintenance management and continuous improvement. * KPI analysis and problem-solving. * Team management and leadership. **Tools:** * Advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). * SAP experience. **Benefits** * Birthday leave day * 1 remote work day per week * Flexible Friday * Health insurance coverage * 5 additional vacation days * Discounts on Nestlé and Purina products * Training platform
