We are looking for a **Maintenance Manager** for the **Villa Gobernador Gálvez** plant. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Assist in developing plant capital expenditure and repair budgets, maintaining expenses within authorized budget limits. * Lead troubleshooting activities related to equipment failures, quality issues, or environmental exceedances. * Provide technical leadership in supporting manufacturing to achieve safety, efficiency, reliability, quality, capacity management, customer service, and cost-saving objectives. * Lead maintenance teams (electrical, mechanical, and services). * Plan and implement the plant's maintenance strategy. * Develop and maintain deep understanding of current practices and technologies related to packaging and processing systems. Your key partners will be: Production, Planning, Supply Leader, and regional Engineering and Innovation teams. **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** * Graduate professional in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering. Mechanical or Electronic Engineering preferred. * Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing plant maintenance, preferably. * Experience in boiler, pressure vessel, and industrial refrigeration maintenance. (Desirable) * Knowledge of equipment reliability studies. (Desirable) * SAP proficiency. (Desirable) * Budget management experience. (Desirable) * Advanced Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills. * Experience leading high-profile technical professionals.
