You will lead end-to-end projects with a systemic perspective and results-oriented focus. What You Will Lead: End-to-end project management—from customer needs to implementation. Coordination across key departments: Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Customers. Direct customer relationships, with strong field presence and deep business understanding. An established technical team, enhancing their performance and alignment with business objectives. Continuous improvement, identifying optimization opportunities and value creation. What We Are Looking For: Experience leading projects or teams in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong customer- and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver rapid and effective responses. Leadership and decision-making skills. Technical sales experience or roles involving commercial interaction will be valued. Advanced English and proficiency in management tools (ERP, MS 365, etc.).
