




Job Summary: Responsible for all mechanical maintenance activities, leading and organizing a team of mechanics to plan and execute tasks, review spare parts, and assign responsibilities. Lead and organize the team of mechanics in planning and executing maintenance tasks. You must review the list of spare parts required for corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure their efficient use. You must assign responsibilities to your personnel according to the maintenance needs arising at the plant. Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00. Rotating on-call duties to cover plant emergencies 24/7\. **How You Will Stand Out** * Develop and implement the Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Mechanical Maintenance Plan. * Plan tasks inherent to your area to meet contractual commitments with the customer, both for daily operations and during plant shutdowns. * Comply with and enforce internal Siemens Energy standards and procedures, as well as applicable customer internal procedures under the Maintenance contract. * Supervise planned maintenance tasks according to the schedule, ensuring work is performed efficiently. * Establish performance standards and evaluate results. * Develop and improve work procedures specific to your area. **What You Bring** * Mechanical Engineers or related disciplines. * Advanced level of English. * Proven experience in the maintenance field. * Basic knowledge of ISO standards. * Familiarity with Gas and Steam Turbines in Combined Cycle Power Plants. * Knowledge and experience in maintenance and/or installation of water plants, cooling towers, gas filtration and regulation, diesel fuel filtration and storage. **Who Is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than an energy technology company.
