Promote a culture of transformation and continuous learning **What Are We Looking For?** A professional to assume the role of Methodologies and Tools Coordinator within Upstream Competitiveness. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Design, implement, and evolve the methodological framework supporting the Vice Presidency’s transformation—engaging from early-stage discovery and initiative formulation through to ensuring achievement of value, timeline, and quality objectives in participating projects. Act as a technical and cultural reference to ensure effective application across strategic initiatives and projects, guaranteeing coherence, quality, and effectiveness of tools. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** Define and update the methodological strategy of the Competitiveness Management, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and capability strengthening. Develop and maintain the methodological framework, integrating traditional management practices, agility, operational efficiency, and innovation—ensuring applicability and effective adoption in executing strategic initiatives and projects. Drive application of predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches depending on initiative type and maturity level, acting as Project Manager or Execution Reference as required. Ensure planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of key projects, managing risks, dependencies, resources, and deviations. Provide technical advisory support for methodology selection and application. Support and facilitate discovery processes when a problem, need, use case, or opportunity exists—but the initiative is not yet defined. Ensure initiatives enter the portfolio with an appropriate level of definition and technical quality. Promote a culture of transformation and continuous learning, acting as a change facilitator and driving forums for tool dissemination and adoption to enhance competitiveness. Explore and evaluate emerging trends and tools, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing incorporation where they add value to the transformation strategy. Collaborate and coordinate with other areas of Competitiveness Management and the business, aligning initiatives to strengthen operational excellence and ensure consistency in strategic project execution. **What Do We Value?** Academic Background: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Systems, or related fields. Professional Experience: Experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in complex and matrix environments. Technical Knowledge: Strong command of PMI / Project Management, agile and hybrid methodologies, Lean, process improvement, and efficiency-oriented approaches supporting execution. Advanced proficiency in project planning, tracking, and reporting tools. Strong command of Office tools; Power BI or other management visualization tools.
