Job Summary: Warehouse & Logistics Manager responsible for comprehensively managing warehouses and logistics, ensuring order, traceability, stock availability, and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensively manages warehouses and logistics. 2. Coordinates resources and processes for efficient operations. 3. Leads continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics. JOB PURPOSE To ensure proper management of the company’s warehouses and logistics, guaranteeing order, traceability, stock availability, and on-time delivery, aligning the department with commercial and operational requirements. ROLE SCOPE The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is the departmental point of contact and is responsible for the overall operation of warehouses and logistics. Coordinates resources, processes, and personnel to ensure efficient operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse Management: - Organize storage of goods, spare parts, and equipment. - Ensure physical order and accurate product identification. - Define and maintain criteria for product organization, location, and rotation. - Monitor goods intake and dispatch. - Ensure that intake, dispatch, and stock information is updated in the system. - Verify consistency between physical goods and system records. Stock Control: - Maintain up-to-date stock levels of goods and spare parts. - Identify stockouts, overstocks, and stock discrepancies. - Timely report replenishment needs. - Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile them with the system. - Coordinate with Administration & Finance regarding identified discrepancies. Logistics and Dispatch: - Coordinate order preparation and dispatch. - Organize customer deliveries and internal transfers. - Coordinate with suppliers and carriers. - Ensure on-time delivery performance. - Verify condition of dispatched goods. Goods Receipt: - Coordinate and monitor supplier goods receipt. - Verify quantities, condition, and documentation. - Report discrepancies, damages, or issues identified. - Coordinate administrative entry with Administration & Finance. Internal Coordination and Continuous Improvement: - Coordinate with Sales regarding product availability and timelines. - Coordinate with After-sales regarding spare parts and equipment management. - Propose improvements to warehouse and logistics processes. - Implement and maintain work procedures. - Ensure appropriate use of tools, equipment, and facilities. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Technical Competencies: - Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes: procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. - Proficiency in stock management and traceability systems. - Ability to analyze processes and management indicators (KPIs). - Ability to draft, implement, and monitor procedures. - Strong computer and ERP system skills. - Formal education in logistics, warehousing, or related fields (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in similar positions (mandatory).
