Be the first point of contact and host for customers, delivering exceptional service and guiding them toward appropriate solutions to meet their needs. · Add value to the customer experience. Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors and guiding them to the customer service center. Identify their needs and invite them to take a full tour of the showroom. Enter customer information into the CRM. Refer customers to the value-chain advisor based on their needs. Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and bid them farewell upon departure. Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Take messages from customers and schedule appointments. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Place orders for reception supplies and maintain inventory. Provide support to teams as needed. Manage and coordinate the physical environment of the showroom and its ambiance (lighting, music, video screen, and general order/cleanliness) in accordance with operational guidelines. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 1 year of experience
