Location: Neuquén Capital Candidate Profile: We seek a professional with solid technical experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving excellence in finishes, possessing in-depth knowledge of the latest-generation materials and tools. Requirements: Previous experience: In similar roles within high-end automotive painting workshops or official dealerships. Technical knowledge: Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, masking, application of primers, basecoats, and clearcoats. Colorimetry: Ability to prepare and adjust colors (experience with color scales and colorimetry software is preferred). Tools: Experience using paint booths, gravity-feed spray guns, and polishing tools. Competencies: Commitment to aesthetic quality, workplace organization, and adherence to deadlines. Driver's license: Valid (mandatory requirement). Main Responsibilities: Carry out the complete painting process: from part preparation and cleaning to final finishing. Prepare and adjust colors to ensure exact matching with the vehicle’s original paint. Apply clearcoats and perform final polishing of vehicles prior to delivery.
