Job Summary: Tecpetrol seeks a Control Room Lead Supervisor for integrated Operation and Maintenance management, supported by advanced analytical models and digital tools. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of operational parameters and identification of alarm criticality. **Tecpetrol** is seeking a **Control Room Lead Supervisor** for the Real Time Unit of our SIGMA Control Room. This role is part of an operational transformation program that replaces traditional discipline-based management with integrated Operation and Maintenance management, supported by advanced analytical models, automation, and digital tools. We seek technical professionals with experience (preferred) in the oil industry to perform the following tasks/responsibilities: * Control of operations in automatic and remote mode from the control room. * Start-up and shutdown of plants under normal, emergency, or testing conditions. * Monitoring of operational parameters and identification of alarm criticality for wells, batteries, power generation, compression, transportation systems, and/or critical equipment. * Closing of daily production balances and preparation of reports. * Development of sector-specific procedures. * Coordination of Operation and Maintenance tasks at the field. * Generation of daily Operation and Maintenance performance reports. ***Information/Requirements:*** Reside in Neuquén or nearby areas. Operational knowledge of field maneuvers and interventions. Experience in work management through task scheduling and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SCADA. 3 to 5 years of experience in the oil industry or related fields.
