We are seeking cooks with pastry experience for our production plant located in Centenario, Neuquén: Your main responsibilities will be: Preparing high-quality meal services, ensuring compliance with company regulations and contractual standards with clients. Reviewing the daily menu, verifying types of preparations and quantities requested, while considering the quality of raw materials to be used. Leading and/or performing preparatory work for various dishes. Preparing and plating hot dishes, salads, desserts, and/or pastries. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen. Providing support in adjacent areas, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. Requirements: Residence in Centenario or nearby areas. (Mandatory) Flexibility in working hours, dynamism, proactivity, and strong service orientation are required. Availability to work rotating shifts, including one weekly day off. Minimum 2 years of experience in gastronomy; experience in industrial dining rooms or large-volume food service operations adhering to food safety standards is highly valued.
