The position focuses on preparing coffee beverages and other café products to high quality standards, delivering a warm and efficient experience to every customer. The role requires dynamic, responsible individuals with a strong willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: - Preparation of coffee-based beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) following brand standards. - Operation of espresso machine and grinder. - Front-counter customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. - Taking orders and advising customers on products. - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. - Basic inventory management and restocking of supplies. - Compliance with food hygiene and handling regulations. - Supporting general store tasks as needed. Requirements: - Prior experience as a barista or in cafés (preferred). - Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing methods. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in high-paced environments. - Responsibility and punctuality.
