Position Summary: We are seeking a Well Testing/Flow Back Operator/Leader with experience in installation and monitoring of well equipment, problem detection, and assurance of safety standards. Focus on safety, teamwork, and interpersonal relationships This search targets a Well Testing/Flow Back Operator/Leader with solid experience in installing well measurement equipment (disassembly, assembly, and commissioning) (separators, flow meters, valves), monitoring pressure, temperature, and flow rate, reporting to the control room for proper equipment operation, acquiring production data and fluid flow samples, detecting problems such as leaks, overpressure, blockages, etc., ensuring tool inventory, supplies, and safety and hygiene standards. Technical secondary education (Mechanical or Electromechanical) preferred but not mandatory. Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment required.
