We are currently looking for a professional to join as a Customer Success member of the consulting team at a leading SAP Business One specialized company based in Neuquen, undergoing expansion, serving medium- and large-sized companies across diverse industries. · We seek a candidate with an analytical profile, results-oriented mindset, and strong commitment to building long-term relationships, capable of understanding business needs and translating them into technological solutions. · Main Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen relationships with active clients, promoting their retention and growth. - Participate in initial diagnostic meetings and requirements gathering sessions. - Design improvement proposals, solutions, and implementations on ERP platforms (SAP Business One). - Support implementation and system evolution processes for clients. - Act as the liaison between the client, technical team, and management. - Prepare follow-up reports, performance indicators, and improvement opportunities. · Requirements: - University degree in Systems, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in consulting, systems implementation, or account management roles. - Knowledge of or interest in ERP solutions (SAP Business One preferred). - Technologically oriented profile with ability to understand business processes. - Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and strategic thinking. · Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in consulting firms or technology companies. - Knowledge of administrative, accounting, or financial processes. - Project leadership capability. · Offer: - Opportunity for professional development within a growing team. - Ongoing training provided by the company. - Company certified in quality standards with an active portfolio of renowned clients. - Flexible hybrid work arrangement: 50% on-site at the Neuquén Industrial Park offices and 50% remote.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University Graduate 3 years of experience Keywords: consultant, consultor
