Experience:** **Experienced** ------------------------------------ The company is seeking a JD Edwards professional with solid expertise in the Financial Suite to provide support within the Help Desk area for a diverse range of clients with an installed base: * **Desirable qualifications include:** 1) Minimum 5 years’ experience working with the JD Edwards ERP. 2) Knowledge of all modules within the Financial Suite. 3) Extensive experience providing support via ticket-based request systems. 4) Ability to adapt and manage demanding clients. 5) Proficiency in English (minimum Intermediate level). * **Key responsibilities will include:** * Resolving tickets of varying complexity while meeting service-level agreement (SLA) requirements. * Collaborating closely with internal teams and client personnel. * Developing new solutions and opportunities to expand services for the client. * Demonstrating strong values to ensure high performance. * Working full-time and covering on-call shifts. * Hybrid work arrangement (remote work) with availability to attend client offices on-site and undertake occasional travel as required by operational needs.
