Description For a major mining construction project, we are seeking graduate engineers for construction supervision. Requirements and Key Responsibilities * Minimum 8 years of experience in road construction, preferably with mining industry experience * Experience supervising road project execution in mining * Knowledge of Argentine road standards * Skills and knowledge to plan field resources, equipment, and personnel * Ability to assign tasks according to the established schedule * Experience resolving on-site contingencies and making timely decisions * Leadership in coordinating the contractor (contractor support) * Compliance with safety standards and quality control * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, quality, HSE, logistics) * Preparation and submission of daily progress reports and KPIs * Effective communication skills with diverse audiences, including but not limited to colleagues, management, clients, suppliers, contractors, and visitors * Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, provincial, and federal regulations and standards * Teamwork orientation * Results-driven * Rotational work in high-altitude areas Additional Requirements * Proficiency in spoken and written English is a plus * Proficiency in computer tools Desired Qualifications * Problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-management skills * Solid understanding of construction operations and supporting functions * Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing conditions * Capability to perform constructability tasks in office(s) and/or on-site * Basic computer and software skills, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations **To be considered for this position:** You must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
