Main Responsibilities 1\. Managing the Employee Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for employee requests and concerns related to office facilities and hard services. Continuously assess the employee experience, gather feedback, and implement creative solutions to improve it. Ensure workspaces are functional and aligned with organizational culture to foster a positive environment. Oversee common areas, ensuring they are well-organized and welcoming for employees. Resource and Vendor Management Supervise the performance of external vendors providing hard services, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards. Monitor and manage inventory of office hard supplies to ensure timely availability. Implement initiatives to optimize costs and improve the sustainability of resources used in the office. Work Environment and Well-being Collaborate with internal teams to organize activities. Key Competencies Employee Orientation: Strong focus on understanding and addressing the needs of internal teams. Organizational Ability: Efficient handling of multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Problem Solving: Ability to proactively and creatively identify and resolve issues. Assertive Communication: Capacity to interact effectively with various levels of the organization and external vendors. Requirements Education: Technical degree, Facility Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role focused on hard services. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and facility management software (desirable). Languages: English proficiency desirable for interaction with foreign vendors or employees. Success Metrics Internal employee satisfaction level. Response and resolution time for requests. Resource optimization and budget compliance. Efficiency in coordinating internal services.
