Lead, evaluate, and coordinate work teams. Define and standardize operational processes. Set departmental objectives and manage continuous improvement plans. Optimize overall warehouse operations. Oversee goods receipt, storage, and dispatch operations. Monitor product quality and handling processes. Manage human, material, and operational resources. Define and supervise inventory control processes. Maintain smooth communication with internal and external customers. Requirements: Tertiary or university degree in Logistics or related fields (completed or in progress). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within logistics companies or warehouses. Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory). SAP knowledge (desirable). Experience managing personnel under collective bargaining agreements. Availability to work rotating shifts (mandatory). Own transportation (mandatory).
