At Ceta Capital Humano, we are searching for a Junior Draftsman to join the technical team of a company specializing in engineering services, projects, and construction works. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Provide graphic support to the engineering and construction team, ensuring clear, accurate, and consistently updated technical documentation. Prepare, review, and standardize project and construction drawings, guaranteeing precision in details and compliance with technical guidelines established by the department. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION? Develop, update, and correct drawings in AutoCAD according to technical department requirements. Interpret drawings and specifications to correctly produce graphic documentation. Collaborate with architects and engineers to define construction details, adjustments, and modifications. Organize and safeguard the digital drawing archive and technical documentation. Prepare sections, views, details, and schedules according to project type. Perform basic on-site surveys when required, for measurement collection and dimension verification. Prepare drawings for presentation, printing, or submission to regulatory bodies, clients, or contractors. Assist in updating metrics and documentation for internal reports. REQUIREMENTS Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Personal transportation and valid driver’s license. WE VALUE Intermediate/advanced AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of 2D/3D drawing or modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks — desirable). Basic knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
