We are seeking for a **Warranty Cost Specialist** who is passionate about growth, detail\-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high\-performing team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and effective communication with service providers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely and customer\-focused resolution of billing cases, in compliance with internal processes and policies. * Maintain professional and efficient communication with vendors regarding payments, penalties, and billing inquiries. * Collaborate with North America Service Operations to address billing results and process\-related issues. * Prepare invoices for payment and maintain the invoice tracking database. * Manage the penalty invoicing and collection process for warranty service providers. * Monitor warranty labor service cases in the MSD system, including sending reminders and managing case status. * Maintain and regularly update documentation related to billing and invoicing processes. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. * Confident presentation skills for calls with Service Delivery Managers and executives. * Intermediate ability in Microsoft package. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables). * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Self\-motivated and capable of working independently. * Proactive team player with a positive, solution\-oriented mindset. **Additional Locations**: * Argentina \- Capital Federal \- CABA
