Desirable experience in owner organizations or EPC/EPCM companies. Prior experience in megaprojects and/or project portfolios (desirable). Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Primary Objective of the Role Responsible for all on-site construction activities, ensuring that construction is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and quality standards. Coordinates interface between owner’s team, EPC/EPCM, and contractors, ensuring alignment with the Capital Management Framework (CMF) and constructability requirements. Leads implementation of constructability inputs from earlier stages and promotes a strong ES&H culture through visible leadership on site. Operational Context The Site Manager acts as the field representative of the Project Director, being responsible for the effective implementation of all on-site construction activities. The role is part of the Capital Projects Group and contributes to project execution from feasibility through to construction, commissioning, and handover. It includes leadership in interfacing with EPC/EPCM contractors, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and application of execution strategies aligned with project objectives and Glencore’s governance frameworks.
