Roster 14x14 **About the Role** We are looking for a technology- and customer-service-oriented individual to provide support and ensure the proper functioning of the technology infrastructure at our operational site. You will be a key contributor in helping our teams work safely, efficiently, and connectedly — collaborating with end users, vendors, and global technology teams. As part of the IT Service Delivery team, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing first-level support to users on hardware, software, and corporate tools. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining on-site equipment and technology infrastructure. * Managing requests and incidents using corporate support tools. * Supporting maintenance of networks, servers, backup systems, communications, and technological security. * Promoting cybersecurity best practices and delivering user training and guidance. * Coordinating and supporting technology vendors in implementation and maintenance tasks. **About You** We seek curious, proactive, and service-oriented individuals who enjoy solving problems and collaborating across diverse teams.
