We seek professionals with a degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory), solid technical-scientific knowledge, strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and orientation toward continuous improvement and process innovation. We value prior experience (minimum 2 years) in operation and optimization of physical and chemical processes in industrial plants, project management knowledge, proficiency with process simulators and calculation tools, and good command of English. This position requires availability to work on a 7x7 shift schedule at the Salar del Hombre Muerto.
