At Ceta Capital Humano, we are currently searching for an Operational Manager to join a major logistics company. · PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Ensure the proper functioning of the branch under your responsibility, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, compliance with the company’s established quality and service standards, and the operational efficiency of the facility. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION? Operational supervision: Ensure the proper operational functioning of the branch, guaranteeing efficient processes and compliance with regulations. Personnel management: Lead and organize the team, administering shifts, tasks, and incidents to ensure orderly operations. Customer service: Guarantee high-quality service, resolving complaints and promoting a customer-centric culture. Financial management: Control the budget, optimize resources, and monitor key performance indicators to maintain branch profitability. Administrative management: Record and communicate findings or incidents, ensuring compliance with administrative procedures. Inventory management: Supervise stock levels, replenish supplies, and maintain order and predefined layouts in storage areas. Regulatory compliance: Ensure operations comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and safety standards. Reporting and analysis: Prepare periodic reports and analyze performance to support management decisions.
