We are seeking professionals with a degree in Mining, Chemical or Industrial Engineering or related fields, possessing strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, analytical thinking, organizational and planning abilities, and a strong results orientation. Previous experience in similar roles or positions related to Quality Assurance in manufacturing industries is required, along with proficiency in English and knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001/ IATF 16949\). Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Management System audit processes, and proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerBi and SAP) are highly valued. Availability to work under 7x7 shift cycles at Salar del Hombre Muerto is required.
