Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of **Logistics Operator (warehouse operator) – Catamarca region.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Classify and inspect spare parts upon receipt to ensure correct placement and storage in the warehouse. * Conduct partial and cyclical inventories in the branch warehouse on a monthly basis. * Accurately select spare parts requested by external and/or internal customers according to purchase orders. * Execute delivery, transfer, and/or dispatch of spare parts and components to customers and company branches. * Maintain order and cleanliness across all areas of the warehouse. * Comply with internal safety regulations at all times. **Accountabilities:** * Fulfill internal and external customer orders, recognizing that such requests will be channeled through departments supporting the warehouse (sales, technical service, aftermarket, etc.). * Achieve internal warehouse performance targets (lead time, OTIL, OTIF, IRA, etc.). * Comply with internal occupational health and safety standards, as well as tasks assigned by supervisors. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. **Education and Experience:** * Technical professional or equivalent experience; university degree with understanding and knowledge of warehouse administration and inventory control (stock management), with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Familiarity with safety variables, risk prevention, and environmental care. * Proficiency in computer software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Training in GSP (Good Storage Practices) or similar is desirable. * Residency in the Catamarca region. * Availability to work on a 14x14 roster schedule.
