




**Client Engagement Coordinator (Remote, Part\-Time)** We are hiring a **Client Engagement Coordinator** to join our dynamic and growing team at **Yantle**. As a sales consulting company helping clients with outbound sales education, software, and hands\-on implementation, we’re currently seeing more inbound interest from potential clients than we can handle. Because of this, we’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and communicative to join us, support client\-facing processes, and help ensure a smooth experience for prospects from first contact through next steps. This is a **remote, part\-time role** with the potential to grow into a full\-time position if mutually agreed. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Manage inbound communication from interested prospects across email and calendar * Conduct discovery / engagement calls (\~10–15 minutes) focused on understanding needs * Coordinate scheduling by placing qualified prospects on the appropriate team member’s calendar * Maintain accurate CRM records * Support general **sales and client operations**, including: * Inbox management * Basic reporting and follow\-up tracking * Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed, including assisting with campaigns, coordinating webinars or events, organizing marketing assets or contact lists, and sharing insights from prospect conversations to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
