We have offshore team\-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent. ### **About This Role:** We are hiring a hands\-on Operations Manager to serve as the operational right hand to the founders of a growing DTC and wholesale consumer brand. This role owns forecasting, supply chain planning, inventory management, and end\-to\-end order operations across Shopify and wholesale channels, including coordination with vendors and warehouse partners. This is not an admin role. You will build forecasting logic from scratch, improve operational systems, and ensure the business runs smoothly across approximately 15 SKUs with a 50 percent split between DTC and wholesale revenue. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * ### **Forecasting and Demand Planning** + Build and maintain demand forecasting models from scratch + Translate sales data into purchasing and production decisions + Plan packaging and inventory buys with a clear rationale + Develop reporting that shows inventory health and reorder timing + Continuously improve forecasting accuracy * ### **DTC and Wholesale Operations** + Manage order flow across Shopify and wholesale or EDI platforms + Oversee inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy + Coordinate directly with warehouse and vendors + Ensure seamless order fulfillment across channels + Improve workflows and build scalable operational systems * ### **B2B and EDI Management** + Manage wholesale orders end\-to\-end + Work within EDI systems, SPS Commerce preferred + Ensure accuracy and timely execution * ### **Customer Service** + Handle approximately 10 to 15 order\-related emails per day + Resolve shipping and fulfillment issues + Prevent recurring operational breakdowns ### **Software/Platforms/Tools:** * Shopify, extensive experience required * Google Sheets or Excel, advanced proficiency required * EDI platforms, SPS Commerce preferred * Inventory and warehouse coordination systems ### **Qualifications:** * 3–5 years of freelancing experience. * Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level). * 3 to 7 years of experience in ecommerce operations or supply chain * **Extensive Shopify experience, non\-negotiable** * Proven experience creating or managing demand forecasts * Experience with US\-based DTC brands strongly preferred * Background in fragrance, apparel, health and beauty, or consumer brands preferred * Advanced spreadsheet skills with forecasting logic * Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently ### **Shift Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred
