At Catalent, we are seeking an **Encapsulation Operator (Temporary)** for our manufacturing facility in Buenos Aires. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare encapsulation machines and manufacture gelatin capsules from gelatin and content prepared in the Preparations area, in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Install machine parts or components corresponding to the product module being processed: die, wedge, plate, gear. * Adjust injector pump stroke, temperatures, die cutting pressure, and other process variables. Supervise and assume full responsibility for all operations. * Perform specified encapsulation process controls as outlined in the Batch Record to ensure final product meets specifications. * Record all encapsulation process activities and their respective controls. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the encapsulation booth where the task is performed. * Verify proper functioning of equipment, utilities, and instruments in the Encapsulation area. * Follow operational procedures for the Encapsulation area and any other areas directly involved (shared procedures). **The Candidate:** * Completed secondary education.
