This program is designed to enable your training and development in LEAN methodology applied to real-world cases, carrying out a project alongside other program participants and colleagues from our company. During the internship, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our industry, receive training in process improvement, innovation, and work methodologies, and benefit from mentorship and support provided by professionals guiding you throughout this challenge. **If you are an undergraduate student, well advanced in your studies, and pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Systems and Technology at UTN, UBA, UADE, or UCA, we want to meet you.** It is essential that you are available to work onsite in Villa Soldati, CABA, from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 14:00. **The program begins in May 2026**, with the possibility of extension up to one and a half years.
