We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices to join a growing team and collaborate on optimizing and automating the infrastructure of one of our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cloud environments, managing infrastructure as code, ensuring security best practices, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment workflows. Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer. Strong experience administering Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Knowledge of Access Policies and identity management using Cloud Identity. Experience managing Compute Engine. Solid knowledge of cloud networking: VPC. Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and associated tools. Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code. Knowledge of artifact repository management (JFrog Artifactory). Experience with Jira or other project management tools. Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or others). Conversational–advanced English | Mandatory What will you do? As a DevOps Engineer, you will: Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and security. Develop and maintain Docker solutions for application and service containerization. Implement secret management tools for secure storage and handling of sensitive information. Collaborate with development teams to define and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions. Monitor and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues across various environments. Maintain and improve the artifact repository using JFrog Artifactory, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of builds. Manage and optimize version control systems using GitHub, applying best practices for branching, merging, and code reviews. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes and practices. When and where will you work? What stages does the selection process involve? The selection process consists of several stages. First, you’ll have an interview with our Recruiters, Carla Carrizo or Melina Rubio, where we’ll discuss your professional background and interests. Next, you’ll proceed to an initial interview with the client company’s Human Resources team. Subsequently, up to four additional interviews are scheduled with the assigned client: the first with the team lead, the second and third with different managers, and finally, a concluding meeting focused on gaining deeper insight into the team and the project.
