




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to ensure the operational continuity of equipment, systems, and technological services. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person and remote technical support to users 2. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures 3. Ticket management and coordination with vendors We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our Systems team. Your Role: Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the operational continuity of the company's equipment, systems, and technological services. Main Responsibilities: -In-person and remote technical support to users -Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues -Installation and configuration of workstations -Support for CCTV video surveillance systems (Hikvision preferred) -Ticket management in Service Desk tools -Coordination with external vendors Requirements: -1–2 years of experience in technical support -Windows operating system proficiency and PC repair skills -Basic network configuration knowledge -Introductory knowledge of CCTV (preferred) -Education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (minimum: technical high school diploma; tertiary/university degree preferred) Conditions: On-site – Martínez Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 Indefinite-term contract Salary range to be agreed upon. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school 1 year of experience Age: between 21 and 35 years Keywords: analyst, support, apoyo, soporte, tecnologias, la, informacion, it, jr, junior
