Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the management and optimization of processes in an E-Commerce company, including fraud control and prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Prevent fraud through operational control At **Criterium**, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team of an **E\-Commerce** company. Key Responsibilities: – Development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) – Management and optimization of internal processes – Control and validation of revenues, expenses, and payments – Supervision of shipments, dispatches, and deliveries – Validation of sales and control of operational documentation – Fraud prevention through operational control Requirements: \- Prior experience in service companies, preferably within the financial sector and SMEs. \+5 years in similar roles (Operations, Retail, E-commerce) \- Experience leading teams \- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and/or CRM (mandatory) \- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Location: Beccar, San Isidro Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; remote on-call duty on Saturdays. Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.
