Responsibilities Supervise production and ensure quality standards are met. Manage product changeovers to meet delivery deadlines on time and as scheduled. Train and supervise production staff. Resolve production issues and ensure process efficiency. Requirements Completed secondary education. 3+ years of industrial production experience. Knowledge of plastic injection, mold changeovers, and injection machine maintenance. Leadership and personnel management skills.
