




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for elevator maintenance and emergency response, performing repairs and reporting anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service for elevator maintenance and emergency management 2. Execution of repairs and minor service orders 3. Support in resolving technical elevator issues Education - Tertiary, Technical or Professional Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or related positions. - Preferred experience with multinational companies in the elevator industry and/or service sector. Knowledge - Preferred knowledge of various electronic technologies used in the elevator industry. - Basic English proficiency. Functions and Responsibilities - Provide customer service for elevator maintenance and emergency call handling (complaints) within the assigned zone, ensuring compliance with the Company’s established quality and safety standards. - Execute repairs and minor T-orders (Customer Orders). - Report anomalies, required preventive or corrective work on assigned equipment to the Supervisor. - Submit paper-based or other format reports documenting route completion, as well as daily hour records for payroll processing. - Support resolution of technical elevator issues as required. - Comply generally with the Company’s EHS and quality guidelines. - Experience in elevator installation and modernization is highly desirable #BuildWhatsNext . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Age: 18 years or older Knowledge: Electronics, Installations, Maintenance, Mechanics, Repairs Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist
