Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to collaborate in the preparation of financial statements, coordinate closings, perform account analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance.

1. Collaboration in the preparation and analysis of financial statements
2. Coordination and execution of monthly and annual accounting closings
3. Identification of opportunities for improvement in accounting processes
For our important client — a company specializing in the sale of tires, accessories, and automotive service — located in Villa Maipú, we are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst.
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial Statement Preparation:
Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Accounting Closing:
Coordinate and execute the monthly and annual accounting closing process.
Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Account Analysis and Control:
Perform detailed account analyses and budget variance analyses.
Investigate and resolve accounting and financial discrepancies.
Regulatory Compliance and Audits:
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Fixed Asset Management:
Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset records.
Submit any reports requested.
Accounting Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting and financial processes.
Propose and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Support in Financial Planning:
Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in similar positions (Mandatory)
Graduates in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (Preferred)
Knowledge of accounting and tax analysis and management
Experience with ERP or management systems
Proficiency in Excel
