A leading food service company is seeking a Rotational Warehouse Supervisor with availability to travel.
Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and control merchandise movements in transfer warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate execution of processes and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Supervise receiving and loading activities for merchandise entering/exiting the Distribution Center.
2. Monitor and supervise the registration of all accounting movements for merchandise entering or exiting the facility.
3. Organize, coordinate, and control order picking during your shift.
4. Promote departmental work in accordance with the Quality Management System, while also complying with Occupational Health and Safety policies and Environmental Protection policies.
5. Conduct inventory counts of warehouse merchandise, perform daily stock control, and ensure proper product rotation.
6. Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System (Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety).
7. Assist in compiling/generating control indicators such as Productivity, Dispatches, Receptions, and Absenteeism.
8. Collaborate with other involved departments in designing operations for new services.
9. Propose and implement improvement actions within the department.
10. Manage proper waste segregation.
11. Comply with environmental regulations.
12. Participate in and perform departmental tasks aligned with the Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Management, Sustainability, and Occupational Health and Safety strategies.
· Requirements:
- Own vehicle.
- Availability to travel to Mar del Plata and Chubut (1–2 times per year).
- Over 3 years’ experience managing warehouses.
- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
- Analytical capability and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing teams.
This position requires coverage across various transfer warehouses (Campana, Florencio Varela, Merlo, San Martín, Batán, and Chubut).
