Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Master Builder to supervise kitchen renovation projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leads long-term kitchen renovation projects 2. Coordinates and trains teams, applying pedagogical skills 3. Ensures quality and safety on site, with a results-oriented focus IMPORTANT: Work locations are (CAMPANA AND SAN MARTIN - MERLO AND LA PLATA - FLORENCIO VARELA); three positions are available for each location. A reputable company providing food services is seeking a Master Builder (MMO) to manage its kitchen renovation projects, which are of long duration. Tasks to be performed: Plan and supervise construction work Coordinate and train inmates who are part of the team Perform quality control Maintain constant communication with the Project Leader Manage safety equipment and regulations Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution Prepare periodic reports on project status Participate in and perform departmental tasks aligned with the Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategy Participate in and perform departmental tasks aligned with the Occupational Health and Safety strategy Comply with environmental regulations Requirements: Technical education or related field Solid knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards 2–5 years of experience supervising construction projects, preferably renovations or industrial projects -Civil Works (floors / roofs / cladding) -Electrical and Lighting Systems (grounding / installations) -Gastronomic Equipment (mixers / ovens / stoves / etc.) -Medium-sized cold rooms and reefers Project management, occupational safety, or construction and renovation-related specialization courses CONSUMAN software proficiency (not mandatory) We are seeking a candidate with pedagogical skills to guide and train the team in various techniques required for project implementation.
