Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Support Operations Analyst to ensure process logic and task execution compliance within a distribution center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and recording of merchandise inflows and outflows. 2. Support in coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatching activities. 3. Generation of operational and management reports (logistics KPIs). A leading retail company is hiring a Logistics Support Operations Analyst for its distribution center located in Monte Grande. The primary mission of this role is to establish logical flow across our processes, ensuring every task is executed with the correct priority. Key responsibilities include: Controlling and recording merchandise inflows and outflows in the system. Providing support in coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatching activities. Verifying documentation (delivery notes, orders, waybills) and identifying deviations. Participating in cyclic and general inventory counts. Generating operational and management reports (logistics KPIs). Managing operational incidents and communicating deviations. Maintaining up-to-date logistics management systems (WMS, ERP). We seek proactive candidates with prior experience in logistics operations or distribution centers, knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, picking, packing, dispatching), and proficiency in IT tools. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving capability are highly valued. This is a temporary position with potential contract renewal. Full-time availability is required to cover any shift: morning (Mon–Sat, 06:00–14:00), afternoon (14:00–22:00), or night (22:00–06:00).
