Position Summary: Mirgor is seeking a Training and Development Analyst to manage key processes such as organizational climate, internal promotions, performance management, and talent development. We invite you to build the future together while being responsible for: * Managing and monitoring the Organizational Climate process: data collection, survey administration, action plans, handling inquiries, and preparing reports. * Monitoring internal promotions; requesting potential evaluations, tracking cases, summarizing results, preparing and sending monthly communications to identify future company leaders. * Supporting the Performance Management process: handling inquiries, entering information, and tracking status. * Conducting exit interviews, entering data into SAP, and preparing monthly reports. Analyzing primary resignation reasons to implement actions aimed at preventing future staff attrition. * Managing the 360-degree Evaluation process: collecting participant lists, tracking status, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. * Managing Talent Development: building the Talent Matrix, conducting the People Review process, analyzing data — all to maintain a comprehensive company-wide talent database enabling suitable individuals to fill each position effectively. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements: * Be an advanced university student or graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Have at least one year of experience in Organizational Development and/or Organizational Climate areas (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory). * Experience with SuccessFactors (desirable). * Analytical, dynamic profiles with strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication skills will be highly valued. **Join us and continue generating Argentine innovation for the world!**
