If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development. **Job Summary:** ---------------- Provide day\-to\-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team by completing routine project procedures across the full study lifecycle, from start\-up through close\-out. Ensure all work is performed in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices. **What You'll Be Doing:** ------------------------- * Support study setup and planning by attending meetings, preparing minutes and action logs, and drafting protocol\-specific laboratory instruction documents * Under Project Manager supervision, help set up protocol\-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements * Perform routine study maintenance tasks including site loading, Investigator Portal access support, kit shipment coordination, and monitoring day\-to\-day study performance * Partner with internal and external teams to drive timely resolution of queries, protocol questions, issues, and escalations * Use status reports and monitoring outputs to proactively identify trends and provide feedback on investigator site performance and service delivery * Support document quality control reviews and contribute to monitoring plans, reports, and protocol\-specific materials * Coordinate stakeholder communications and lead customer communications when the Project Manager is absent * Support project close\-out activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives, SOP updates, and ad hoc high\-priority tasks **What We Are Looking For:** ---------------------------- * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field preferred * 1 year of experience coordinating studies in a clinical research environment * 1 year of experience in project management methodologies * Experience using investigator portals and study tracking/status reporting tools to monitor study performance and site activity * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets) * Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree **The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:** ------------------------------------------------------------- * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written and verbal English * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities * Demonstrated critical thinking and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-stress environment **What We Offer You:** ---------------------- We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
